Bought a new bike here from Brent Miller almost two years ago. Brent was friendly, knowledgable, and easy to work with. He knows a thing or two and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Bought my sons Electric Dirt bike here a few weeks ago. I arrived about 45min before closing, and they still got me out the door in a reasonable time. We will definitely be back to purchase again. The staff is amazing.

I bought my Yamaha boat from Vickory about a year ago. They took me to a nearby lake to make sure understood all the functions of the boat. I had to get some warranty work done and Dylan went out of his way to make sure Yamaha did right by me. I highly recommend this place!

I don't think these people know what they're doing. 1. they tell me its $165 to do an insurance claim estimate. They keep telling me it will be done the next day, its not. Then i get a call a few weeks later saying I need to pay an extra $330 for them to put the bike back together again. There was never a mention of extra cost at the beginning. Classic bait and switch. Just dishonest business techniques. 2. When I come in to pick up the bike I get handed paperwork in the lower level and sent upstairs to pay. The guy collecting payment doesnt give me the estimate. I have to demand the actual parts estimate from him. Then i ask for the hourly install estimate, because fool me once. He says he doesnt have it. I go back down stairs and ask the guy at the counter. He says I have to go BACK UPSTAIRS again and get it from the parts desk. I tell him to do it and wait. I like dealing with companies that know what they're doing and are honest about everything upfront. Throwing in surprise costs is completely dishonest and I would recommend trying one of the other 6-10 dealerships in the denver area.

This review is directed only towards the service dept, and this is a long review. I purchased a new 2023 Kawasaki KLR 650 from Vickery in the spring of 2023. It has been a great motorcycle up until August of this year (2025). While on vacation I took my motorcycle to an Authorized Kawasaki dealer/service center to figure out what was going on with it as it wouldn't start after getting hot and sputtering while riding. The out of state authorized service center diagnosed it as a faulty fuel pump and gave me the service invoice stating the diag. Since I was leaving the visiting state the day after, I choose to take it to Vickery where I bought it from to do the repairs. I spoke to Kawasaki regarding the diagnoses. I was told it falls under Kawasaki's 5 year 18,000 mile emissions warranty. Kawasaki set up a customer service claim for this issue and was told to take it to Vickery. I drop off my motorcycle with Dillon at Vickery on August 15 about 30 minutes before closing and told him about the diag. They immediately say they have to diag the issue before claiming any warranty. August 16 after Vickery has the motorcycle about half a day they call and tell me there is no issue with it and to come pick it up. I told them to keep it for a couple more days as the issue was very frequent. They tell me that there is no warranty on it anymore as its 2 years old and they know nothing about the emissions warranty. After a week of no communication from Vickery I decide to call to get an update. I get the same answer, no issue found. A couple days later I stop in and talk to the owner about this. He is aware of the emissions warranty and tells the service dept to order the part so its on hand when the claim is authorized. A few days later I get a call from the service dept say the part is on backorder with no ETA. I call Kawasaki, they claim it was on the dock waiting to be checked it and it will be out for delivery as soon as possible. Another week goes by with no communication, I call again, still the same answer. A week later the service center calls and says they are talking with a Kawasaki service tech to figure this out. On September 12 they tell me its no showing any issues and will not claim a warranty and still say there is no warranty on the motorcycle. I pick up the motorcycle from Vickery on September 13 almost a month from dropping it off. I missed several planned rides and nothing was done. I find a part tied to the handle bar and ask about it. They told me it was the fuel tank dampener that they found on the frame that the other out of state service center didn't install. However it was a new unused part. Later I found scratches on my windshield and on the fairing near the tank that were not there before dropping it off with Vickery. With no surprise, the motorcycle acted up immediately. I found another authorized service center and immediately received excellent customer service and the repairs were completed under warranty with no issues. The motorcycle is running like new again. Vickery has unfortunately lost my business.
