I recently purchased a motorcycle from Vespa Marietta and my experience was excellent. I was working with another dealership initially but ended up here to see some bikes. After talking to Mark and other folks here, I got a no nonsense quote for a bike and decided to buy my bike here instead. The whole process has been very smooth, no pressure sales, and gave me a Most Excellent Deal. If you are looking for a Royal enfield, or Guzzi etc, You must come here first!. WOW!! There are still motorcycle dealers out there that take the time to work with customers and treat them like family. I have purchased over a dozen motorcycles from dealers in Panama City Beach, FL, Dothan, AL, Columbus, GA and other places in between, but it's been over 30 years since I have been to a place like this - reminds me of the shops in the 1980's where you went in and found what you wanted and then they helped you outfit your bike with everything you needed right there in the store and you didn't have to go home and shop and search all over the internet for parts that may or may not fit or work. If you are looking for a Vespa, Moto Guzzi, or Royal Enfield like we were - you absolutely need to make the trip to Vespa of Marietta, GA - it was well worth the 200 mile one way trip for us. Robert, Mark, and Gabe sold us the Himalayan 450 we were looking for and then they outfitted it with all the Adventure Accessories we had already picked out for the bike, installed it all on the bike, and then helped us load up the bike. Came in with my brother today. Had very good selection of scooters, but we were here primarily for the Royal Enfield Hunter and Meteor 350s. Though the Moto Guzzi 800 was fabulous, the Hunter 350 suited me great. My brother said the Meteor suited him better, similar bikes but economics different. If you want a great beginner to intermediate class bike, come here. Sales staff were knowledgable and courteous. Took the time to informs us and answer questions. Salespersons like this are what helps drive relationships. That relationship is fundamental to long term outlook that people will remember and choose to do business with. So I'm on board for sure. It's not a huge place but they have packed enough in for accessories and bikes to make it worth an hour or 2 visit. Yes, you can sit on the bikes not marked sold, and allowed to take a few photos as my brother and I did. Thanks guys! Hope to be getting something REAL soon ;)
Mark was a great help! It was a great buying experience today at Vespa Marietta. Didnt plan on buying one today but couldn't resist after Mark told us all of the unique things about the Vespa brand. For example, it has a pressed metal unibody. Less chance of things rattling. It's not unusual to put tens of thousands of miles on a Vespa. He sold 4 the day I bought mine (as of 2:30). They are more expensive than most scooters but they hold their value better as well. They are very knowledgeable and generous with their time in explaining the unique attributes of the brand. They do carry other brands. Paper work was easy. Thanks for making my buying experience such a good one!
