Ray VanDerZee is excellent to work with. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our experience with him and his dealership. We called on a Saturday when they were closed. He told us to come on in and he would show us some pit bikes like we were looking for. He spent as much time as we needed with us to decide exactly which ones we wanted. He worked with us on the price to get it to where we felt comfortable and there were no hidden fees like we've found else where. We have a lot of friends that have bikes and/or sxs's and we will definitely be sending them to see Ray. We definitely recommend for sales, parts and service. Thank you soo much for taking time with us and for making us feel so comfortable working with you.
Had a deal worked out with the owner joe on a used krx4 that he had. I drove up there and insured the vehicle for purchase and brought my trade that has 170 miles on the odo. I was gonna buy it based on his word and got there and nothing that he said was true. I asked if it had been serviced and the oil changed and the Coolant flushed because it was due, and it was showing it on the info screen. He assured me that it was, and then I get there and there’s no coolant in the coolant reservoir And the info screen is still calling for service. The machine smells of burning coolant, and the engine oil itself has moisture in it, and hasn’t been changed. (Tech agreed) I didn’t go as far as look in the diff because the writing was on the wall. I thought about buying a new machine and was informed that the one I was interested in had already been sold, even though it was still sitting out front of their lot. Joe just straight up lied to me, wasted four hours of my life and $300 of my money. Whatever he says in response to this isn’t gonna change the fact that there was moisture in the oil it, no coolant in the rez, had NOT been serviced and had been road hard and put up wet. 27k for a machine with possible head gasket issue and needing 700 dollars in service immediately. NO THANKS BUD. I dont care how many extras were installed on it. It aint worth 27k of my hard earned money. One last thing, in the middle of all this, I asked about a price on a different new machine and ended up having to wait over 20 minutes for the guy to come back to me and give me shitty price. My whole experience there was a joke and waste of time. Buyer beware.
