I sent an inquiry online and Luis got back to me and answered all my questions and was very patient. I pretty much knew what I wanted so when I was able to go in everyone at V1 was super helpful and nice. I got a tour of the shop and showroom and Luis informed me of all the perks available when purchasing from V1. The entire process was very painless.
