Not very negotiable of pricing. Unlimited cycle had a machine on sale, they were looking to rid of it. I spoke to Ethan. Went over machine, showed me numbers. I counterer what I thought was reasonable cash offer. Would not move off price he quoted me. Nothing, fees for paperwork higher than other place I was at. I was there ready to purchase and seller was not looking to sell a machine. I even called couple days later and still flex in price. Machine had more miles on it than originally advertised. Disappointed in business, I was hours away from home to check the machine and not willing to work with me. Disappointed.

Dishonest!! We drove 4 hours to see a machine after speaking extensively. We were assured that it was test-driven and through the shop three times and was in perfect working order. Within 2 minutes of test driving it the check engine light came on, we lost power steering and acceleration on the machine. A complete waste of an 8 hour trip and not so much as I'm sorry

Dishonest, would not honor written agreement. Went to purchase a used spyder, deal was set, but they couldn't find title, 2+ months later get call they received title, head down to finalize deal was told that price was going to be an extra 2k. Nothing worse than dishonest busniss. Would have paid a extra hundred for title replacement, but not 2k. im leaning on the side of fraud and dishonest dealing. Follow up, rating stays the same contacted Joseph as per request, he said they under priced it, I responded with you had 2 months to let me know but wait till I show up, then it's a flat out 2k over the deal we made without trying to come to a reasonable compromise. If your going to screw your customers be ready for a bad review

I've purchased 2 vehicles from Joe at unlimited. The staff has a vast knowledge of the product they are selling, and customer service is great. I would recommend unlimited to my closest friends.

We interacted with this business twice in 1 day. Our first visit was to purchase a battery for PolarisRanger XP900. The service rep was helpful and when asked a few questions took the time to provide suggestions and offered further assistance if necessary. So, after realizing our problem was not the battery we called around 4:30-5pm and spoke to a service rep who once again did some research and gave us alternatives . This rep was very patient, as our problem had to do with detailed wiring and harnesses etc. He sounded very knowledgeable and shared his thoughts. I do not have the names but you gentlemen know who you are. Thank you. This is why we purchased at this business!
