I purchased my first bike yesterday. The entire process was perfect! Super helpful and friendly staff. It took maybe 30 minutes to complete the purchase. They even loaded the bike onto my box truck I came with. It was raining a lot but they didn't mind taking their time to make sure it was very secure. I should have tipped them all but I was so excited I didn't think of it until later. The salesman Larry was awesome. But every worker in there was excited for me and made me feel like I made a great purchase. Thank you so much Ultimate Cycle.
I had an amazing experiencing with Ultimate Cycle when purchasing my very first bike. Drew Mason made the entire process super easy from our very first call to the delivery logistics. Everyone else at the dealer were great as well. They welcomed me and my dog in and treated me with great customer service. I was very happy with my purchase and overral experience with them. Awesome customer service. Drew my salesman and the service team took care of my utv and got in back to me shortly after parts became available even with this winter storm we had. I asked Drew to get me a utility trailer and he helped me pick out one and their team had it ready when I arrived, I paid for it and drove off. Excellent service fellas!
