This was honestly the most comfortable and stress-free purchase experience I have ever had. We arrived very late, and the team already had all of our paperwork prepared, answered every single one of our questions, and made the entire process incredibly smooth. What impressed me the most is that I simply said the price I was hoping for, and Heather is the one who made it happen, she gave me the exact price I wanted, no pressure, no games, just real help and honesty. Heather, you are truly the best. After the purchase, I was supposed to ride the motorcycle home by myself even though I have never ridden in the city before, the distance was over 60 miles avoiding highways, and it was freezing cold that day. I was extremely anxious, barely slept the night before, and honestly terrified of the ride back. When the team found out, they completely shocked me by offering to deliver the motorcycle to my home for free just so my very first experience wouldn’t be so difficult and stressful. I don’t even know how to describe how grateful I am, that level of kindness is something I will never forget. Thank you to the entire Twigg Cycles team from the bottom of my heart, and especially to the person who offered the delivery (sorry I do not remember the name, but you are my HERO), you are one of the kindest people I have ever met. Ben Stevenson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting me into a new Honda Rebel 1100. He took time to familiarize me with the bike and we had a thorough test ride. Can't say enough good things about the crew at Twigg Cycles. I recently purchased a motorcycle from them sight unseen. It was listed on their website with good pictures and an accurate description. I inquired about the bike and spoke with Meg. She was up front about the condition of the motorcycle and was quick to respond to my questions. The bike needed to be shipped to Colorado and the dealership worked with the shipper that I had contracted to move the bike. The whole transaction was the smoothest motorcycle purchase I have ever had at a dealer. The motorcycle arrived in Colorado safe and sound. The condition was exactly as they had advertised.
