Great experience buying my new bike and trading in my old one. They have any Triumph you could hope for along with MV Augusta and Zero and a surprisingly large selection of used bikes as well. The sales team seem very honest and didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything I didn’t want or need. Recently, I had a puncture in my tire and set up appointment with service. They diagnosed the issue and sold me a comparable tire for install. The fee was minimal to mount and the building is a great atmosphere to hang out in and look around while you wait.

Update: came in for my 500 mile service and had a cat-delete installed to compliment my British Customs Predator Pro mufflers. Levi did a great job, bike was nice and clean and sounded great! Installed the side-stand stopper for me too, that came with the muffler. Very pleasant service and attentive, conversive staff. Jess in parts was pleasant and helpful. Jacques and John in sales both made great conversation during the wait. Very pleasant stay and I love this store! Also, I LOVE that Triumph is a premium brand that I can afford - their prices are from this planet, which is a refreshing change from Harley-world! Very nice looking, clean dealership. John was friendly and attentive, and put up with my 2 year old daughter dropping cracker crumbs on his floor. Had a referral to a decent insurance place and generally pulled out the stops for me!

The short: Huge selection for such a small building. Salesman were not pushy at all but there to answer every question, simply a great experience. Showed up for a demo day, test road three different bikes and chatted a lot with the salesman. He let me and my father sit on their selection of used models which was very helpful as bikes all sit different and now I have a good idea of what I would like. I questioned about trade-in on my current two motorcycles and while walking the showroom he grabbed appraisal for me. Nothing caught my interest however there was no push! The salesman was very friendly and understanding, he could likely tell neither were buyers today however still stuck close by to answer all our questions and simply offered a business card upon exit. Showroom had new bikes I didn't even know released yet, tons of accessories, clothing, service items, and a huge used selection! Also one of the few dealers which had electric zero models of bike on the floor. I recommend!!

This has been a great place to work with in the past. I bought my motorcycle from here and the salesman I had was great. I think his name was either Dave or Mike. But very professional and very realistic. I wanted to go for the Triumph Tiger but realistically I couldn’t sit on it because my legs were way to short for it at the time. I ended up getting a used bike about 4 years ago and it has been great. I did ask if they could adjust some pedals and handles at the time due to having short legs and arms and they were able to do that. The one thing that I wish they did was re-install a baffle as the bike is really loud without it in. However, working with this company to buy my motorcycle was a very positive experience.
