Absolutely pathetic business. Took my ‘24 triumph in for an engine light issue. Told them in advance it was a software issue. Asked for it to be submitted for warranty approval but paid in advance anyway. Heard nothing for weeks. Called daily and left messages but never got an answer or return call. I contacted triumph directly for assistance. They confirmed software issues gave coverage based on review. They said the warranty submission was never sent in to them. They said there’s actually a service bulletin they didn’t address or mention so I have to bring the bike back in. Since then I’ve called over and over with no answers or call backs. Had triumph contact them and cycle city said they would call me back but have not done so. Cannot even schedule the required service.. It’s been over a month and triumph said not to ride the bike until the new service update is checked by them… Wasted time. Wasted money. Stuck with bike that requires dealership computer access and it’s the only location offering that… So because this business can’t do the basic job description or even rerun calls when prompted by Triumph, I’m selling the bike. Definitely avoid triumph, bmw, and Ducati since they are all only represented by cycle city. If you have issues with these bikes, you’ll be stuck since you often need dealer commuter access for codes and service light resets etc… I’ve avoided leaving a review and given cycle city months and many chances to simply call me… Honestly this sucks and is so frustrating.
Cycle City will be the only motorcycle dealership you will want to work with. In fact, walk in and ask for AJ HURGO! From the great customer service, product knowledge and consistent communication, working with him made the purchase and shipping to the Big Island practically stress free!

Kepa Ridley was the sales person who was involved in my purchase. I mostly appreciated the outstanding communication he and I had about the motorcycle I would be interested in and Kepa showed a willingness to answer all my questions and concerns about the motorcycle to purchase. I was not pressured nor rushed during our dealings. He was genuinely interested in my needs and wants but also considered my budget and my riding experience as well as what would be the best fit overall considering all those factors. I decided on the 2019 Harley-Davidson Fat Bob. All of our transactions were seamless from the initial greeting to our dealings and negotiations and everything in between and then up to the final sale. Kepa also went above and beyond and ensured final delivery of the motorcycle to me was above excellence. I would gladly continue to purchase more motorcycles with Kepa in the future.
