Tousley service department is Lousley! I had my 2018 Honda Gold wing in for a Honda recalled done. When I got it back the bike was full of greasy finger prints all over it. When it was in I ask to have them check for a slight coolant smell, it wasn’t done and the coolant was low. I ask to make sure the radio/ navigation was up to date, it wasn’t done. They told me the rear lights didn’t work, so when I got it home I started to check why, I found the rear light module was put back together not caring and a wire pulled out. I found a fuel line not clamped. I did talked to the service manager and was asked what it would take to make it right. I told him to pay me to detail the bike, he told me he had to check with people and call me back, that was 2-3 months ago and I’m still waiting. So I lost all faith in the service department and the management.

I purchase this 2013 Honda Goldwing F6B Deluxe on 06/20/25 from Tousley Motorsports in White Bear Lake. Kevan was my sales person and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. I met others in sales, Jeff and John, who also were very friendly and help me with some questions that I had. It was great that they all worked together on my behalf. I also worked with Steve in Parts who was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Austin in finance and sales, helped get all the forms and appropriate paperwork sorted and filled out! He made that so easy to complete as I hate paperwork!! Scott in service made sure that everything, fluid levels, tire pressures, etc were as they should be and that everything functioned properly. They found one small issue, and Zack, the General Service Manager, made sure that it was promptly and correctly taken care of!! My hats off to ALL OF YOU at Tousley Motorsports that made my motorcycle purchase such an easy and pleasurable experience!! I highly recommend purchasing any of your recreational vehicles from them!! They have a huge assortment to choose from and everything is top shelf, clean, and ready to go!! Thank You to everyone that made my motorcycle purchase so easy and enjoyable!! Very Best Wishes! Service department said snowmobile track was tightened too much and froze up. But it was them that tightened it. They reduced the cost of the repair that still charged me seventy dollars. I have bought several machines and clothing from them. Who would risk a relationship for seventy bucks, especially from a loyal customer when they knew it was their fault? It's sooooo stupid I don't want to do business with them anymore. So two weeks later, I bought a Lynx snowmobile plus 2500 of accessories at Airtech in Roberts, Wisconsin. It was so short sighted of Tousley. So buyer beware.

I would give zero stars if I could. Told them if my fix wasn't under warranty. I did not want to do a service on my machine. Well they didn't listen and charged me for the diagnostic and the service. Now I need to pay because they have my machine. If your smart dont go to Tousley. This is the second brand new machine I bought from them never again!!!

I don't recommend ordering a Rammy Snowblower, especially through Tousley. I ordered one in July 2023 and it showed up 3 months late in February 2024. They made me pay higher taxes on it because the tax rate increased even though I purchased it in 2023 and it was supposed to arrive in October/November 2023. I got to use the blower for 5 minutes before it developed a major oil leak. My snowblower has been sitting at a Briggs and Stratton repair center for over 6 months now and I've been fighting to get it fixed. They had to wait months for warranty approval only to find out there are no gaskets available in the United States to repair the engine. Very unhappy customer here. Please learn from my mistake. I asked to return the snowblower and they won't let me.
