Great shop, outstanding customer oriented service!! Called them 2 hrs before closing on a Monday because my rear tire had to be replaced after a four day riding trip. I would have been stranded but they got me in just before closing time and took care of it. They even kept the store open because my tubed tire is very difficult to change. I chatted with the owner while the tech repaired my bike. He was very gracious and accommodating. Even set me up with ideas for the trip home to Bend, OR. Great shop, great people!
I picked up my new Beta this morning. I had a great experience with Mike, Tyler, and Shane. Tom’s had a great price on the bike, with none of the add-ons (dealer prep, destination charge, etc.). I had lots of ideas and questions about accessories, and they patiently provided their insights, and helped me make the right selections for me. They even did some experimentation on options, working to find the best option that would for the bike. When I picked the bike up, everything was installed and looked great. I highly recommend this dealership. I wish they were closer to home so they could be my dealership (they are 1,200 miles way)! Thanks guys for the wonderful experience!
