We could not have had a better experience when buying our UTV. Starting with Tracy being very knowledgeable in explaining the differences, pros and cons of each and being very patient in answering all of our questions, Julie in parts going through each additional OEM accessory we wanted and explaining the benefits of each one and when they would likely arrive (some were back ordered), Paula, the service manager, who went through the warranty information and each maintenance plan until we decided what was right for us, and Myron, who put it all together and through very little back and forth gave us an excellent deal we were very happy with. Thornton’s may be a “little” out of the way, but this is an excellent outdoor equipment business that has very friendly and capable people in every position. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking for an outdoor toy or work machine, stop by Thornton’s first. You’ll save yourself time and stress from looking anywhere else.
There is true teamwork at Thortons, everyone has a job and they each know their job well, if the person you happen to be talking to is not an expert, they go get the expert. I appreciate how great Cory was while going through the process of purchasing our machine, especially with our two little kiddos we were wrangling, he and all the staff were patient and made it exciting for our whole family.

Paula is AWESOME. She works the Service Desk and is by far the sweetest employee. Anytime I have questions or just wanna talk while I wait on some tires to be mounted she’s there for it. Would recommend Thorntons to anyone, they do quality work and will make sure you are taken care off. The Pictures attached are my 3 bikes that they have mounted tires on for me front and rear. Guys back in the shop do awesome work and have never bent or scratched a wheel as you would expect.
