This is the dealership where I originally bought my bike brand new a few years ago. Now, with it paid off, low mileage, no damage, and well-maintained with clean title in hand, I drove 2 hours for an in-person quote after getting a ballpark figure online (noted as not a firm offer). I scheduled an appointment with salesperson Megan, arrived on time, and waited over an hour. When finally seen, the salesperson huffed, called me rude for asking them to provide a quote first, refused to even inspect the bike, and said they didn't want it. Their reply to my previous review claims they "just didn't like the bike"—yet they never looked at it. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service from a place I once trusted. Complete waste of my time and effort.
