Took my Brute in for tune up to get it starting better. They did a great job at keeping me informed about what they were finding and what they wanted to do with it. I don't typically leave reviews (good or bad) but I honestly can't say enough about the overall customer experience I received from Struthers Bros. & I feel the only way to properly thank them is to leave my thoughts here. I live in New England & I contacted Struthers regarding a pre-owned motorcycle that they were advertising on Cycle Trader. I was initially reluctant to work with an unknown business in a town 1500mi away from my home but any concerns I had quickly vanished the moment I spoke with Max (sales) and Elliot (finance) as these conversations were knowledgeable, professional & genuinely friendly. The ability to text them was incredibly helpful as I was able to work through the logistics of a long-distance vehicle transaction one question at a time as gaps in my work day allowed. I considered having the bike shipped but ultimately decided to fly to Des Moines & ride home so I got a chance to meet Max, Elliot and a few other members of the Struthers team in person & I must say that Max & Elliot are in good company as everyone I met was incredibly helpful & were genuinely excited about the motorcycle I was buying and also interested in my 'story' as a rider. These guys really 'get it' and the only thing I enjoyed more than working with them was the ride back home.

I get all my riding gear here. Just recently I picked up a brand new Shoei X-15 helmet which is amazing by the way. They had a sale which basically matched online prices and I was able to try on different versions and sizes of helmets to make sure I had the exact fit. I am extremely happy with the service and sale and I can't tell you how much I love this new helmet. I always try to support local businesses first and Struthers Bros never disappoints.
