The family who owns this store are the kindest people you will meet! Not only are they kind, but they give back to their community without hesitation. STONEWALL HD Poorly run, petty dealership. Instead of taking responsibility for offering ridiculous values, they blame the customer. They do not offer book values for trades but in turn, they want MSRP+ for the new bikes. That’s why HD is in the trouble they’re in. When I called to discuss the trades - these guys told me they were moving which was why they low balled me! Again, these guys think it’s 1994. Time to get out of the stone ages stonewall. Just when you think you've received the worst trade-in offer imaginable - just give these guys a call! I'm still shocked by what i just heard. I've been riding Harley's for almost 35 years. I'm not even sure how many I've had. I've bought them in several states, and traded them in several states. I've made a couple of decent deals but probably not as many as i could/should have. This one by far, IS THE WORST I 'VE EVER HEARD. I have almost $80K invested in 2 bikes (including the bike purchases). One is a year old, with less than 500 miles on it (A CVO) and the other is 2 years old, with 1000 miles on it, with 10K in accessories. I was offered, get this, $36K for the pair!! It would be funny if it wasn't so disturbing. I can't speak to their new bike prices but if these offers are any indication, there's got to be better places to shop!
