Great service & friendly. Left with a brand new CFMOTO IBEX 450 as a new rider. Asked for a freebie or bigger discount on a helmet after spending over 8k. Said best he could do was a t-shirt. Loved the bike, gotta admit I did look pretty silly riding out with a Starr Cycle shirt wrapped around my head tho. Highly recommend!!
I had the pleasure of purchasing a UBCO hunter edition electric bike from Starr Cycle. I did this remotely since I live in Washington State. The staff and owner were awesome in the process and assisted in shipping my new purchase to my residence. This was the easiest purchase of a vehicle I have ever experienced. Great people, awesome service and very competitive prices. I would recommend Starr Cycle for all your needs. Thank you Nate and Dave!
Do not go here, the service team is pathetic, I asked them to "tune" my motorcycle they did not even though they said they would when making the appointment, they did an oil change, and it leaked oil after, the sales staff is rude and pushy, I have bought a bike from here in the past, but never will again, they lost a sale, I went and purchased private just because of the sales staff. Poor excuse for a dealer.
We came to Starr Cycle for my son's bday on Saturday. He wanted a helmet and needed a clutch perch. They don't carry his dirt bike brand, but the team went above and beyond to find something that would possibly work. He couldn't find a helmet that day, but he found some other goodies. The guy in front also gave my son a sticker on the way out! Best part is the perch we bought hoping would work, did indeed fit perfectly. I really appreaciate the team taking the time to find it for him and the great customer service! We will be back!
As a new rider, I was super cautious through the whole buying process (My son and I bought motorcycles before even getting our permits). I researched half a dozen shops around MN and was met with a lot of salesmen who wanted the sale, but didn't want to provide the service. There were egos aplenty! From the first time I met Billy, he was super humble and patient. He guided me through two additional visits before I made a decision. Not only did they have the best price in the state, they didn't add on unnecessary fees. Their attitude and go-the-extra-mile service to get us our bikes was what won me over, not just the price. Two months and 450 miles later, I walk back into a super busy shop, but the general manager saw me standing there and from start to finish, he took the time to fix the issue. My battery died on my KTM and despite KTM not covering the part, Starr gave me my bike back good as new at their cost! They've taught their employees well and provide true customer service. Definitely coming back when I upgrade.
