Absolutely phenomenal experience at Star Powersports in Knoxville today picking up my new 2025 Ducati Monster+. From the moment I walked in, the whole team made it clear they are riders first and salespeople second, and that set the tone for the entire visit. Marcelo, the General Manager, runs a truly welcoming, family-like shop where you feel like part of the crew instead of just another deal on the board. The staff are all passionate riders, and it shows in the way they talk about the bikes and the time they take to answer questions and share real-world riding insights. Ellie was fantastic to work with—friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the Ducati lineup, including the Monster+. There was zero pressure at any point; the focus was entirely on helping me find the right bike and making sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the purchase. Pricing was transparent and fair, with no surprises or games in the numbers, which really built confidence in the dealership. For anyone in the market for a motorcycle, Star Powersports is absolutely worth the visit. Worst case, you will have some great conversations with fellow riders, check out and possibly ride some amazing machines, and walk away better informed; best case, you ride home on your new bike like I did and feel great about where you chose to spend your money. Unbelievably efficient. Worked with Sean during the entire process. Was probably inside the building for less than 20 minutes, signed paperwork, rode off on the bike I wanted. Ain’t nobody got time to waste these days. Good looking out.
Bought two new rear UTV tires for a great price. Whilst there they were having a cookout for friends and buyers which we took advantage of. Great service on tires and a great lunch to boot. The tires were carried out by the staff and placed into the truck bed for us.
Marcelo has created a whole new vibe for this store! I visited there a few times before he took over but never left with a bike. I have even left there and immediately bought elsewhere. I decided to go back after receiving an email about new management and another email with some sales listed. WOW!! I’m glad I did! Totally different vibe when you walk through the door.
