I like to say that with in the last year and half this place has really changed!! I went there to try and buy my 24 street glide and the whole experience just plain sucked and so I went to another dealer. I went back about five months later to get some new exhaust for my bike. While I was there I noticed new faces there so I started to talking to a guy that works there and turned out to be the NEW manager and his name is Blake Samuels a great guy!!! I told him about my experience trying to buy a bike there last time. He apologized for my experience and told me if I decided to get another bike it would be worth my time to come back and he would give me an offer that I couldn’t refuse. So I went back six months later Blake remembered me and he introduce me to his salesman, Mike Bird another great guy to work with and I found a White and black 25 road glide I liked. There was no going back-and-forth working on a deal Blake got the a deal for me that I couldn’t say no to on the first try. That next day I picked up my new bike! So I want to give a A big hell yeah to these guys and the lady in goodies department. So go by and give Harley Davidson stampede in Burleson, Texas a chance to earn your business. This is AK the Lawtiger Dallas rep. I’m here on a Saturday enjoying the company of stampede Harley Davidson and I want to give a shout out and show some love for Barb. She’s a service writer that got my 22 rogue light ST in the back for New, brakes and rear tire.! It’s team members like this that makes the visit to a Harley Davidson dealership enjoyable so hopefully this reaches the powers at me and hint GM so they can appreciate the hard work she’s doing and possibly give her a raise just saying. Full disclosure I did not get a free tire nor a discount, but it would’ve been nice for discount just saying
My salesman was mac we had talked for a while on trading in my current bike to get me on something newer. It took a while to find the perfect bike/deal for me but he didnt give up and put the perfect deal together between him and the manager. After signing papers on my new bike they introduced me to all the different departments they told me about the bike I was buying and what could be done from customization to service. I thought that was a pretty cool deal it made it to where once I put my ass on the seat I knew about all the functions of the bike and what to expect in the future for schedule service it was a great experience all the way around. Thank you to everyone at yalls awsome dealership for putting so much effort into making your customers happy and letting them know they made a good choice not just for the initial deal but for the long run of owing a bike yall sold.
This was the greatest experience I’ve ever had buying a motorcycle! Not attacking you when you walked into the store!! But very helpful with your needs and so very knowledgeable about their Motorcycles! I met at Ryan as I walked in! He took me straight to the motorcycle, I was looking for. I will be back to purchase anything else I need for my motorcycle! Everyone in the store that I had met were very kind helpful, and eager to help you. They wanted to make sure that if I had any questions about anything they were there to help me! This is a great Harley Davidson shop you need to check it out if you’re in the area!
