This was probably one of the best buying experiences in my 43 years. Huge shout out for Hoot and Thurman, one of their finance guys. We drove an hour and a half and we drug Hoot through the coals because we didn't really know what we wanted. He was as patient as it gets, just recommending stuff and letting us do us with zero pressure. He even had 2 crated bikes set up during our 6 hour visit. The atmosphere and people were amazing. The prices are probably some of the best in Missouri. Hoot stayed almost 2 hours late personally helping us load all 4 bikes. He then saw us pulled over down the road because our trailer was junk(we didn't expect to buy 4), and stopped to see if we needed a hand on his way home. He's been doing this over 20 years and it shows. Thanks again Hoot.
If you are looking to buy a new toy, Hoot is the man to call here. I was trying to get two ATVs for my kids at a dealership closer to me and they were not willing to do much to get my business. It was really disappointing and I almost didn’t get the ATVs because of that. A good friend told me about Hoot. He reach out to Hoot and called me about 5 minutes later. Hoot didn’t mess around and gave me an offer I couldn’t pass. That’s what I like, no BS, just make me a good offer and I’ll take it. I was out of town when they arrived. A friend picked them up and he said it was pouring rain but Hoot and the staff still got out there and helped load them. Clearly the staff at this place isn’t afraid to get dirty, or wet, to provide good customer service. Hoot has got my business from here on out. I’ll be calling him everytime when I need another toy for me or the kids.
I had a deal fall apart from another dealership after having a deposit on a bike for several months. I got a hold of seth at Stahlman, Power Sports and he found me the bike. I put a deposit on it that day. The bike came in with a defect from the factory. They got me a brand new front wheel to fix the problem And went above and beyond to make it right. Fair price with no extra charges for any unnecessary BS. I highly recommend Stahlman Power Sports for their service and attention to detail. Two thumbs up.
We walked around the lot just considering possibly getting a UTV. We were approached by Ricky and he was very helpful as we considered our options. We came for 1 and bought 2, prices were very reasonable and Ricky was very helpful all the way through the shopping, to financing process. We were very happy with our experience and we will definitely recommend them to others!
These guys are amazing, I don't know the name of the parts guy I dealt with but I wish I did so I could give him a shout out. Ordered a part I desperately needed at the end of the day, he told me he would get it shipped, looked at tracking later and someone took it to the ups store and dropped it off after hours I'm sure, just to make sure I got it sooner!
