I bought my sxs from the Chesterfield location which was a great experience. The parts side of it fell really short for me at Chesterfield. When the motor blew on my Segway I called the dealership. Thinking I called Chesterfield I actually called the "North" location on accident. When I showed up. The people at this location was so nice. Listen to our concerns. Kile was top notch professional and always kept us in the loop every step of the way. I highly recommend this location. It was truly a breath of fresh air.
Would NOT recommend getting parts from this place. I have now purchased 2 parts for 2 different machines (axle for polaris sportsman and battery for polaris rzr) and was given the incorrect ones. I gave them all the information required to find both, but got home to find that it wasn't even close. These are the people you should be able to go to when you need parts and have questions but they're not. They don't know what they are doing. So unless you want to spend hundreds of dollars just to return the item and start from square one, this is not your place.
