When we purchased our Pioneer 1000 Trail we were well treated and not pressured to buy anything. Everyone was friendly and answered all of our questions. When we saw a 1000 that had the features we wanted I felt like a kid in a candy store. We got a great price and financing was a breeze. When it came time for service Scott was very informative and contacted us to let us know what had been done to the Pioneer to get it back on the farm. I had contacted another dealer nearer to my place for service but received a frosty response as if they couldn't be bothered. Scott was quick to arrange pickup and service. Salesperson were both knowledgeable and very helpful regarding motorcycle options. Had a small hiccup before purchase but the manager was able to straighten it out and make everything right. Would buy again from Shane and happy with purchase. I also reached out to Parts and they were very responsive and would recommend also.
This was an easy sell as I had already picked out the bike I wanted but it was a streamlined process. Some minor issues that I addressed after purchasing the bike were promptly fixed. Fast, easy, freindly enough.
