⚠️ !WARNING! ⚠️ DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! Spence Sales & Service do not stand behind their products or customers. My husband had the worst experience making a service claim on his new Honda 520 he purchased here that started burning oil after being driven less than 500 miles. When he took it in for legitimate warranty service they lied to Honda Sports about the use and maintenance history (he changed the oil and air filter three times), just trying to make a buck for themselves. Talking to other dealerships in our region, they say they would have fixed it. But not Spence. Even after my husband proved he did everything correctly, they still refused to fix the machine under warranty. Need more details? We’d be happy to expand on our horrible experience. Do not waste your time or money shopping here.
I bought a Honda Pioneer 520 on May 31 of 2025. I have worked in the automotive industry since 1994. So to make long story short. I have 970 miles on my Honda 520 since then and it started burning oil like crazy after I replaced air filter 3 times and oil three times because wrench light goes off all the time like the Honda cars. I took it to the dealer ( Spence sales and service) and they told me and Honda customer service that I didn’t oil the air filter enough. Well the air filter comes pre oiled from the factory and the owner’s manual doesn’t say you have to give it more oil. So what are they trying to do! I work for a Honda car dealership as a Service manager and there is no way we would do this to a customer. Honda customer service will follow your lead as business. So be cautious as a customer if you plan on buying a unit from this establishment.
Everyone here is amazing to work with. They are all super friendly, knowledgeable, and go that extra mile to earn your trust and your business. I'm on my 2nd motorcycle from them, and I hope to add more in the future. I highly recommend Spence Sales & Service!
Great old school Honda dealer with a straight forward and honest approach to selling Honda motorcycles. Sales staff was straight forward and honest and bike was prepped and ready as promised. Nice to see there are still family owned dealerships who treat their customers as family. Was a pleasure doing business with Brian and his staff!
