Had an excellent experience with Southgate Honda Powersports! Micah in sales got me hooked up with a brand new 2024 Honda Ruckus. He took good care of me through the whole process. Marc Vargas in finance made the buying process quick and easy. Handed him a cashiers check, I signed all the paperwork and was headed out the door in less than 30 minutes. Love my new Honda Ruckus and would recommend Southgate Honda Powersports to anyone looking for a new Honda motorcycle or scooter!
Would give 0 stars if possible. Bought my bike gear a year ago, bought all of my maintenance parts from here since. Had a nail go through my tire requiring replacement of tube and tire. No big deal right? Well after receiving my tire their Hack Job of a tech marred up my entire rim and did not put the proper valve stem or cover back on. Extremely unacceptable work from any place to with the rights to call themselves a dealer. I’ve seen shade tree mechanics use more precision. Truly a sad experience and don’t recommend their service department to anyone unless you’ve no other choice. 0 remediation of issue either. Leaving message for a manger is a sad tactic to shoo away customers you’ve jaded.
Very fancy Honda dealership on eureka in Southgate. There are dirt bikes , Cbr1000's and groms . A friendly no pressure sales lady in there. She gave prices on some of the bikes I asked for

Welp. Was ready to pull the trigger on a motorcycle here and have it shipped, at the fair price they were asking and not bothering to try to get them to come down. When I asked out the door cost it went up $1800. The response I got when asking how they got to that number was "we had to replace the battery and front tire." Have you ever heard of a dealership who adds the cost of what they had to invest into a vehicle after the price when you're ready to buy? The absolute slimiest thing I've ever heard of. They will waste your time and theirs. The bike has been sitting there for months and it will continue to bc they don't know how to sell it. I can't believe this is a real Honda dealership Honda should be embarrassed their name is on this place.
