Everyone and everything was perfect in my experience there purchasing a new, 2026 Can-Am Outlander 1000R Backcountry. They were all so professional and friendly. I didn’t feel like they were being fake just because I was considering a purchase. Jordan really took her time with me and explained everything like a subject matter expert should. Will in the finance department was very friendly and thorough, helping me get the best possible deal. There was never any sense of pressure, and nobody tried to “sell” me anything. I was introduced to all the employees in each department, which was a great touch. I felt as though they truly cared about what I wanted and not just forcing me into something for their benefit. Overall it was a great experience from my first phone call to them to the time I left with my new ATV. 10 out of 10, definitely would recommend.
I was really impressed with the level of service I received! Drove over 2 hours to check out this bike and it exceeded my expectations. I was so excited to get it home and ride that I overlooked a defective air filter. I snapped a picture and asked if it should have been caught during inspection. Can you believe, Andrew the Service Manager not only apologized for the overlook but drove over two hours to hand deliver a new filter the very next morning!! I am still blown away! That level of customer service is something I will never forget! The whole crew there is Aces!! I am very pleased. If I could give more stars I would!!
Can't say enough good about this dealership! From our first interaction with Sabrina, you could tell that this was a truly exceptional place. We purchased 2 ATV's and from start to finish, it was special. Sabrina was amazing as our sales person! Her enthusiasm and energy is contagious! Will (SM), Alyssa (GM), as well as Sean (Owner), not only introduced themselves, but you could feel the company culture they have built! My children and even my dogs were made to feel so special! Even Ashton (Pro Shop) not only gave us her time and attention, but made sure the sizes on my kids and wife were spot on for helmets. Yes, they have fun and amazing products, but the people make this place! I can definitively tell you my family and I will not consider another PowerSports dealership in the future. Couldn't have been happier with my purchase! Jordan was fantastic from start to finish. She put me in the right sled for me, walked me through end to end and introduced me to everyone in the shop! Will came over multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed, and helped putting the sled in the trailer. Very caring company - they want to put you in the right snowmobile, not just powersell. Very happy and have already started to recommend to everyone who mentions interest.
