December 19, 2025 i purchased a 2024 Honda Trail 125 from Lori at Snows. The price was great, the deal went super smooth. My initial call was at at about 2:00pm and i picked my bike up the same day at 5:30pm. Great dealership and super friendly sales crew. Thanks, Lori!!
Went to Snow’s Honda looking for a motor scooter and came across the 2024 Metropolitan. From the time I entered the store until I left, I was greeted with the most friendliest services. They helped me find the right scooter for me and a helmet. Lori from the financial department, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She explained everything to me and made sure I understood all of it. Their motorcycles, scooters and ATV’s are kept in A1 perfect condition. I highly recommend them to everyone looking for a safe ride. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did. Thank you Snow’s Honda for taking care of me 🙂
I recently purchased a new Honda Navi from Snows, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Josh was incredibly knowledgeable about the Navi, answering all of my questions with confidence and quickly providing a fair price. Mike went above and beyond to help me find the perfect helmet and even hooked me up with a discount. Lori made the paperwork process effortless—everything was prepared and ready to go when I came to pick up the bike. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate for a ride home, but Jeremy stepped in and expertly loaded the Navi into my truck using ramps. The whole team was friendly, efficient, and professional. Truly a great dealership and an all-around excellent experience!
I had them do a bolt on 416 kit there " came with directions " After 5 redos "3 times they damaged pistons and 1 time they reused gaskets and the last time stripped out and cross threaded the timing tensioner "on a "air cooled top end rebuild" on a 400x, they installed piston backwards, they ground the head out of spec, due to tech using abrasive wheel to clean old gasket off, they installed the timining chain incorrectly, tried to reuse gaskets, not one time was it due to faulty parts it ws solely incompetence on install and lack of knowledge of small engines ,every time I came to pick it up there was loose bolts and parts,broken pieces and missing parts,and almost a year with my bike, even know that they cross threaded the timing chain tensioner the last time "a factory part" they said they don't warranty their work or parts . I could write a novel on why to stay away but consider this warning so you don't have to deal with the mess they have me in.!!!! Also Josh the owner called to confirm they don't have the knowledge and tools to perform a simple top end rebuild there. And they don't usually fix engines but rather change them, also Josh snow called me to try to get me to change the last review on here I put and had tried to send me a 2$ o- ring to make me do it, but when I told them they stripped the bolt and cross threaded the other there was no response, so Josh it needs a whole tensioner because of your people are totally incompetent!! I will also post pictures if I can figure it out how. All I wanted was my bike fixed correctly like I paid snows to do!!!!! Ps, I tried to buy a new bike there and they were thousands more than other places I got a quote from. whatever b.s response Josh wants to reply is a cover up for poor mechanics and incompetent work, pictures speak for themselves, notice the piston they put in backwards that warped the head and damaged the head. Most reviews here are from employees and friends of owners , they don't warranty so why take it there??? Also the piston manufacturer says to run race or high test pump gas on the kits i bought, so once again they lie to cover it up. These people lie to cover up incompetence!!! Stay away!!!
Had an amazing experience. 100% would recommend this dealership, they offered me pretty decent trade in value for my old bike and got me on my new 25 gsxr 750. Lori was a great help and had everything ready when I got there I just needed to sign paperwork. Will definitely be a returning customer.
