Had my 25 rzr come in for a smoking issue and turned out to be a bad valve seal. They were able to work with Polaris to get all my issues resolved. The service advisors kept me posted on when the machine would be complete. Sloans had quick turn around on my machine. The advisors would take my calls and listen to me when I would ask questions. The quality of work and care on my machine was top-notch. Definitely dealing with them in the future. Thanks Ms.Kate and the service team.
I was able to pick up my Polaris Slingshot after having damages caused from hitting a deer replaced. The service department at Sloan's in Murfreesboro TN did a great job and Deon and Danny answered my many questions with patience, and when I picked it up, I was beyond satisfied and the work that was done was very so as I hoped it would be.
We drove from Chattanooga to get this MT-09 my husband has been eyeing. The sales staff were friendly and informative without being pushy. Financing was quick, easy, and well-explained.
