Good quality service. Appreciate them not trying to upsell a bunch of things that weren't needed like some other shops in the area. They're also very affordable for tire mount and balance compared to other shops in the area and I can appreciate them not price gouging like many others. Definitely will be back for my bikes regular maintenence. Another thing thats nice is that they work on carbuerated bikes. There used to be a shop in town that refused to touch anything that wasn't FI so now I have a place to take my track bike. Definitely recommend them.
Came in on a Friday afternoon without an appointment for a problem with my Honda Rebel's shift lever. They had me in and out within the hour. Friendly, welcoming staff. They explained the problem & didn't try to talk me into any additional services. Can't say enough good things. 10/10 would recommend.
Simi Valley cycles is a heavenly destination for any cyclist whether motorized or not. Their selection is massive and their prices are very reasonable. Duane and the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I purchased the Amflow Pro E-bike which is amazingly nimble and light. I've been coming to Simi Cycles since 2015 when I bought my very 1st bike. They all have been awesome people to work with. I had an absolutely terrible experience at Thousand Oaks motorsports where I was treated disrespectfully in part because they didn't see me a serious buyer and second because they tried to play games with me when it came down to financing. In the end, I was recommended to Simi Cycles by my friend and that was that. Chris in service is great, knowledgeable and thorough. Jessica in parts is awesome and friendly. David, the parts manager is always in a great mood, walking around with the biggest infectious smile in the world. Duane, the owner, has always been great and has taken care of me when it comes to questions, financing and giving me a great deal on my other bike. I've had both of my bikes serviced by them.
