We bought a post driver that had a Honda motor in it that went bad after a few months of purchase. So we took it here for the Honda warranty. They took it apart then proceeded to tell us that the warranty isn’t covered! We went to go pick it up and they gave us the motor in pieces! They refused to put it back together unless we paid them even though they took it apart! They should have gave it back the way they received it! Would not recommended this place!
Everyone in here is rude. They're not customer friendly, but the one guy with the cane. Do not try calling. You will be on hold for ten minutes. But I recently came up to have my bike appraised by an older woman. She told me that my bike, it wasn't worth but she also told me that my brake line that I just got flushed. And my oil was low and bad . I figured that I had low oil and added oil to my bike. Turns out she didn't check the bike when it was in the right position. And I added more oil and clogged my air filter. Yes, I can say it's my fault. Due to just doing so, but I took the advice of an employee at the Honda retail store. My apologies for following their advice.
