My wife and I were midway through our cross-country motorcycle adventure on our BMW R1250GSA when disaster struck—a flat tire on US-80 between Wendover and Sparks. With the plug barely holding and air still leaking, I called Sierra BMW in a panic. Shawn picked up, listened calmly, and assured me they could squeeze us in that day for a full tire replacement (which we were overdue for anyway). We limped the bike in, and the team took over immediately. Top-notch service, fair pricing, and zero upselling—just honest work done right. While the techs swapped our tires, we browsed the showroom. The salesman (didn’t catch his name) was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely excited to chat bikes. My wife and I sipped complimentary coffee and relaxed in the clean, welcoming lounge. Less than two hours later, we were back on the road with fresh rubber and renewed confidence. Sierra BMW turned a trip-ruining breakdown into a highlight of our journey. Zero tracking information, zero communication I’ve left a voicemail, two emails and two texts. It’s been 5 business days and I paid for two. So far I received one package with only one of two items. Getting close to filing a dispute and reporting at this point. Placed orders with two Different companies the same day and have received all of my stuff from them. Hope to receive my packages or hear back soon so I can be done dealing with them at all. Lesson learned and buyer beware. It sounds like I’m not the only one.
I ordered a helmet September 12th and got a call saying it would be a month out asked if I wanted to wait or get refund since every other site and store was the same wait time I said I would wait. Fast forward a month with no update I called and they said it was in and awaiting packaging and shipment should go out this week week and a half later and no update will have to call again 10/28/25 to see what is happening when I ordered online it did say it was in stock. I will avoid ordering online from. Here in the future
I ordered a BMW Motorrad battery charger plus on Dec 19 2025 and no updates since except the order received email. I emailed them again on the 29th and no response. I don't even know what to call this kind of service.
Super helpful sales department and not pushy at all. Answered all my questions in a non-con descending manner. Would definitely consider buying my next bike from this business and I feel confident they would be extremely helpful with any after purchase issues.
