I brought my sports bike to Seaside Powersports to get some maintenance done. This was the 1st time I have used their services. Upon receiving my bike, I noticed immediately the difference in the ride. It had never felt better. The mechanic I had been using prior missed countless small adjustments that could have made my bike ride like new again. Simon, within a short amount of time, found these things and fixed them at no charge. By tightening some screws and nuts it made all the difference. I will never use any other mechanic again. Charlie in parts was very knowledgable about the merchandise they were selling. Pricing was very reasonable and work was completed in a timely manner. After dealing with numerous motorcycle repair shops where the people were apathetic or just plain discourteous, I decided to give Seaside Powersports a try. My first phone contact with Simon, the mechanic, was a breath of fresh air as opposed to conversations I've had at other shops where at best they make you feel like they're doing you a favor just by speaking to you. I brought my bike in and Simon was welcoming and friendly as we discussed my situation. When they discovered that we needed to order a part they even let me keep my bike there until the part arrived. That might not seem like a big deal but I've encountered many mechanics who would not extend even that simple courtesy. While my Seaside Powersports experience is just beginning, their courtesy and professionalism so far encouraged me enough that I intend to bring my other bikes there for service and maintenance.
