I recently purchased a Honda CB 1000 Hornet. I first was in contact with JC at the Chatsworth shop. Gave me the run around. First saying he had the bike I wanted then said he had to find one. Also didn’t call back when he said he would 👎. I got in contact with Steve at the Goleta shop and he was great. Called me right back and texted me a picture of the bike I wanted right away! He had me in and out with the bike I wanted in quick order and made a happy and possibly a repeat customer. Glad I got ahold of Steve in Goleta I almost went elsewhere! 😎👍
I had a bike that was great but wasnt working out for me. I went to Wheels in Motion to trade it in and get another bike. They appraised my bike, then sold me the new bike I wanted, all in the same day. Yes you get more money selling privately but its not worth my time to go through that hassle.
