I came in wanting to get a feel for different bike heights and weights and how I feel sitting on them. Alex was very patient, asked a lot my (arguably obvious/dumb) questions. He explained everything very well about the bikes. I just got my license and want to start riding soon, so I obviously need gear. He was more than happy to recommend different jackets and gloves to me. With the helmet he knew what size I needed immediately. He was able to answer all of my questions and give insightful and experienced answers. Great selection and competitive prices. Would recommend.
Worst dealer ever can't even provide a simple OTD price when ever other dealer I talked to could. Also wanted me to fill out a financing form even though I told them I needed to know the OTD price before I even consider doing something like financing. This place is horrible and super shady don't waste your time or energy and go to other motorcycle dealerships instead.
I called this dealership numerous times. Spoke to Chase for a few days, asking for a total out the door price before I would drive to him since I am in South Bay California, but willing to drive to him and it was so difficult for Chase to get me a total out the door price of course this would be before the interest rate depending on my credit and he was never able to get that for me and they didn’t even bother giving me a call back after we spoke for a week requesting this from him. I am a serious buyer and have purchased motorcycles from Del Amo Motorsports, Huntington Beach Honda and SoCal Honda Powersports. Salinas is not professional. The only positive thing I can say is I am so glad I did not waste my time and money driving there 👏🏻
I’m official a motorcycle owner and that’s all thanks to Allen and Tyler from Salinas Motorcycle Center. Allen and Tyler made the buying process smooth and stress free. I purchased a Kawasaki Z125 Pro, service team even helped me load it into my Denial enclosed truck. Yes a Z125 pro does fit into an enclosed truck (see photo) you just need to lean the bike a bit and take off the mirrors. Service team helped me strap the bike down. Customer service is beyond great. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. I will definitely be back for a 600cc bike!
Well after getting my courage up I decided to get a motorcycle. I called in and despite being very busy chase took the time to set an appointment I show up and was lucky to meet Benjamin the owner very swell guy and after checking my credit I payed the sticker price and dealership fee which I knew was gonna be included because they build most vehicles on site I'm very happy with my Kawasaki would shop here again
