I recently had my bike serviced at Roundhouse, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the team. From the moment I walk in, I love the atmosphere of the shop. There’s a genuine sense of brotherhood, and I always feel welcome. The team remembers who I am and greets me with generosity and professionalism, making every visit enjoyable. I'd like to give a few shout outs, first being to JJ, the service manager, is a prior Marine, which immediately created a strong sense of kinship for me as an active-duty Marine. He went above and beyond to keep me updated and ensure everything was handled professionally. Gill, the parts manager, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making the process seamless. And Dave, my salesman who originally sold me my 2025 Fat Boy, provided excellent support and made me feel confident in my purchase from day one. Every interaction was authentic, respectful, and friendly. They truly provide 5-star service, and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality care, professionalism, and a place that genuinely makes you feel like part of the family. While the wait was longer than expected, it was entirely understandable given how busy the dealership gets in the summer, plus the work on my bike was literally tearing it all the way down and rebuilding it from scratch, but this did not detract from the experience at all. These guys work hard and and while maintaining their efficiency, as quickly as they can. God Bless the folks at Roundhouse!

Great experience overall with Dave and the team at Roundhouse Harley. The deal was smooth, and the bike arrived in mint condition. There was a small mix-up with the paperwork being sent out, but it’s was handled quickly. Otherwise, everything was solid from start to finish.
