I was in the market for another bike and I stopped in at Rosenau. I met with a salesman named Jim he showed me this beautiful 2025 GSXR1000R. I bought it right on the spot. He got me setup with the extended warranty and added protection for tires and also got me setup with some new gear since mine was old. Financing was quick and easy. The total added up about 10k over sticker price by the time all my gear and warranties and taxes were totaled in. Id recommend Rosenau to anyone I shopped here when I bought my last bike too and theyre always helpful.
I just purchased my brand-new 2025 Sea-Doo RXT 325 and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, Matt Fairman and Brandon went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and professional. Matt was an incredible salesman—friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He truly took the time to explain every detail about the jet ski, answered all my questions, and made sure I found the perfect model for my needs. His passion and dedication really showed, and I could tell he genuinely cared about helping me get the best deal possible. Brandon, the financial manager, was equally impressive. He worked hard to make sure everything went through flawlessly and found me an amazing deal with unbeatable terms. His professionalism, transparency, and efficiency made the paperwork process simple and stress-free. Together, they made me feel like more than just a customer—they treated me like family. I can confidently say this was one of the best purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re looking to buy a jet ski or any power sport vehicle, ask for Matt Fairman and Brandon—you won’t be disappointed! Thank you both for the incredible service and for helping me hit the water this season with my dream Sea-Doo RXT 325!
Sales Team is well equipped to help. My adult brother loves going to powersports stores very similar to a kid in a toy store. He lives in adult living. So he looks forward to getting visits and going out to look at motorcycles. These folks at this store let him enjoy his time in store from time to time. Not knowing he is situation and they answer questions and the have always made us feel welcomed with out sales pressure. They have a great selection of power vehicles and accessories. Great place. Great people. See ya soon.
Edit: I hope others can see by the owner's response how they go about responding to customers. The review wasn't about the salesman not accepting the offer. It's how they went about the conversation. Plus, I wouldn't consider offering 10% below a list price that has been the same for multiple months a "low ball" starting point for negotiation. I went in with a friend who was serious about purchasing a motorcycle that day or in the near future. It is one of the most uncomortable situations that the sales person (Jim) ceated that I've witnessed. It started off by asking if there was any room in the list price. The salesman asked what he had in mind and he offered $1k below the listing price. The salesman then continued to drill deep and asked where that number came from. He had a very defensive tone with all of his questions. You would think that the salesman would either say no or come back with a counter offer. Instead, he focused on why the offer wasn't reasonable, making the situation uncomfortable. When asked for an inspection report, he refused to provide unless we were purchasing, but it would have provided more insight in case we wanted to come back (but talk with a different person). He stated that it had low miles and in good physical condition, but that's only half the picture and mechanical is the other. A bike usually has mechanical issues either at first or later in life due to wear. It isn't a cheap bike and I'm not sure why he thought the request was unreasonable. The whole conversation just felt hostile. We eventually walked away and wandered around the store a little more. He called us back over to further tell us why the offer wasnt reasonable. It just compounded how awkward he made it earlier and was just looking to prove a point. He wasn't concerned with selling the bike at that point. Personally, I would not purchase anything from Rosenau after witnessing that.
Having Some Issues :( , But It's The Effort & Attitude That Counts! I'll start my review with this, I have a lot of history with Rosenau Powersports. I have purchased (5) bikes from them within the last 8 years. Jimmy Lewis has been my salesman for the last (4) purchases and has been phenomenal every time. From giving me a fair price on every trade-in and tolerating my negotiating a lower price on the purchase price of the new bike(s). The level of customer service he has provided has always been a breath of fresh air, especially in a time where the service seems to be left off the customer part. I made my most recent purchase on July 8th, trading in my 2015 Can Am Spyder ST-Special Edition. To purchase a new 2025 Can Am Spyder RT Sea to Sky. I reached out to Jimmy as usual after finding a 2024 Sea to Sky on clearance from a dealership in Illinois. The bike was definitely priced to sell and I was ready to pull the trigger and make the purchase. However, I thought about my relationship with Rosenau and Jimmy before doing so. I made the decision to reach out too Jimmy to see if Rosenau could match or beat the price a competitor was offering. I shared the add with Jimmy and he was honest by telling me they did not have any 2024 RT models left in stock. Jimmy immediately followed up with, they had a few 2025 RT models left for sale. I asked if they were offering any specials on the 2025's and he spoke with the GM John, to see what could be done too earn my business again. Within an hour Jimmy responded back with a text message and pic of a brand new 2025 Sea to Sky, that was just delivered off the truck. It was the same color of the 2024 model, I was considering buying from their competitor. After some back and forth on the trade-in value of my old Spyder, along with the purchase price of the new RT, a deal was reached. This is where the my issues started :(. I left excited about my new RT and began the process of breaking in the bike. After (3) days of ownership and approximately (68) miles of riding. The bike began to display transmission fault codes on the screen and some mild shifting issues. I, immediately reached out to Jimmy and was told to bring the bike back in asap. I met with Frank the Service Manager, who immediately began to troubleshoot the problem. The decision was made to leave the bike for further diagnostics. My new RT has been sitting in the Service Dept. since then. The issue was narrowed down to a faulty HWC module, that would need to be replaced. I reached out to BRP to express my concern for a bike with a 33k price point, having this type of issue so early. BRP acknowledge my concern and reached out to Rosenua to resolve the issue. New parts were ordered and delivered in a timely manner. I am now trying to patiently wait for the (1) Tech certified to work on the bike to complete the repair. I know I have been a thorn in Frank and his teams side, popping up every (2) days going - ( Is my bike ready, lol). They have been very patient, tolerant, and understanding of me. I realize, this is not their fault and reflects more so on BRP, for the poor quality control they have. Allowing these units to leave their factory with defects that make the unit inoperable. It is frustrating to be without my new purchase and now approaching the time for my first payment to be due. I could have easily left a negative review, but as the title says (Having Some Issues, But It's The Effort & Attitude That Counts). Jimmy has gone above and beyond in helping me navigate this frustrating situation, well after my purchase was made. John, I appreciate the things that have been done to accommodate me by you and your staff. It is that level of customer service, that makes a bad situation positive. I hope to have my bike back soon to enjoy the remainder of the 2025 riding season. UPDATE: 08/05/2025 Repairs have been completed and my bike has been returned working better than ever. Thank you Frank and Tyler, for going above and beyond getting the job done.

Buying a snowmobile from Rosenau Powersports in Dearborn Heights, Michigan? Use this checklist to avoid costly surprises.
Inspect the track and slides
Lay the sled on its side and check the track for cracks, missing lugs, or cuts. Pull the track away from the slides and check for wear groove depth — worn slides increase drive noise and reduce efficiency.
Check the hood and tunnel for damage
Cracks in the hood or tunnel can signal a past crash. Look for mismatched or faded plastic, which often means replacement panels were installed after damage.
Inspect the carbides and skis
Carbide runners on the ski underside provide steering. Worn carbides (less than 3/16" remaining) reduce handling on packed snow. Ski replacement is inexpensive, but factor it into your offer.
Check coolant and oil
Pull the coolant reservoir cap and oil tank dipstick. Milky coolant signals water contamination. Low or dirty oil signals deferred maintenance. Ask ${dealerName} for service records.
Ask about storage and season history
A properly stored snowmobile — fuel stabilized, fogged engine, battery maintained — will start and run far better than one that sat neglected. Ask Rosenau Powersports about the unit's storage and riding history.
Snowmobile financing is seasonal. Knowing the basics helps you get the best deal at Rosenau Powersports in Dearborn Heights, Michigan before the riding season starts.
Typical Loan Terms
24 to 60 months is typical for snowmobile loans.
Down Payment
10% to 20% down is standard. Off-season purchases sometimes qualify for promotional rates.
Pro Tip
Get pre-approved by your bank before visiting Rosenau Powersports — it gives you a rate to compare against dealer financing.
Manufacturer finance programs (Ski-Doo, Polaris, Arctic Cat) often offer zero-interest or low-rate deals in the off-season. Ask Rosenau Powersports what programs are currently available. Buying in spring or summer often yields better financing deals than buying in fall.
