Road Track and Trail began with just Nick in 1999 (sales, wrench, buying, etc). We started very small and we have grown our repeat customer business over the years. Now we are one of only a few stores in the nation to have over 500 preowned bikes on the floor at all times at our Big Bend, WI dealership. Hard work and customer service are the root of our success. First, they have a HUGE selection of really nice, clean bikes and sleds, and Tim was a great salesperson, really straight forward and honest, I can't say enough about the experience I had there. They did an inspection on the sled and cleaned it up, and it looks like they fixed a few things before I got there so it has no issues that I can find. I Bought a 17 Switchback Pro S, and I've got almost 300 miles on it at this point, and having a blast! Thanks again Tim!

Cameron was great helping me find my first bike here. Very straight up, no BS experience. Did not feel pushed toward any particular bike; he let me choose and just answered my questions thoroughly. Super happy with my purchase and having an absolute blast on it. Also I came back a few days later with an issue on one of the mirrors and they fixed me up right away at no charge. Recommend and I will be back for my next bike.
