Unfortunately I have to give at least a one star review when they done even deserve that. I will say this does not apply to ALL of the employees as a select few were helpful, but in general I have nothing but horrible things to say about RMC. We were in an accident in our SXS a few months back and since then we have had nothing but problems even after it left RMC repair shop. On top of that, theres apparently not alot of common sense when it comes to delivering the vehicle, as our back window was broken out and uncovered during transportation. My husband also got hung up on after trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and numerous chances to fix their issues. Not impressed and do not recommend them to anyone. We called on Sat and said we would be traveling from Billings to Miles City to test drive and probably purchase a side by side. Confirmed price on a particular vehicle and got there and the Rzr had not been cleaned up. It was sitting there in the open for 6 months. We and our trailer and 21000 left. I wouldn’t even sit in it because it was so dirty.
