Always a great experience here! We purchased a a waverunner back in 2019 and just had a dockside service done. Matt was exceptional with scheduling the service and Randy came out and did a great job. Highly recommend purchasing from Riva you will not be disappointed.
Bought boat last spring and just started fishing it this year and had an issue on motor Called Matt in service and they sent out a great mobile service tech who had me up and running within 3 hours of calling them and all was warranty and seemless. On a SATURDAY of all days. Really appreciate the service and it’s why I bought down in keys instead of michigan.
My family purchased two Jet Skis from Bobbigail at Riva Sports Key Largo. She guided us through the whole process so amazingly. She was very informative and kind. I could not have asked for a better sales experience. FYI - we love the jet skis; we saw dolphins swimming everywhere on our first ride!

Can't give you 5 stars as your service department mounted my motorcycle tire backwards and I had to bring it back to get mounted correctly. Didn't think I'd have to check their work before I left your shop. I would recommend Riva with a caviat to check your work closely.
