Best buying experience! This is my 2nd used purchase from this dealership, and I live in New Bern (3.5 hours away). This dealer has made both of my purchasing experiences very quick and pleasant. Could they offer more for my trade? Sure. But then again, I could've sold it on my own first and walked in with the cash. Thanks again to Riding High for a great experience!
I have been to HD locations across the US and Canada and this one genuinely was top tier in terms of merch and customer service. I had just purchased a bike from a private seller that day and needed some parts before a journey down to Florida and they were very helpful with all of my questions. Their stock of clothes and accessories was fantastic - props to their team for putting good merch on the shelves!
This dealership is super amazing and friendly. They always treat you like family and check up on you when you buy a motorcycle from them. Our salesman Charlie is very cool and laid back 😎 he sold my wife and I our motorcycles as a wedding gift to ourselves. We are very thank for them and how they worked with us financially. I can't be more pleased with the sales team and everyone I spoke to today to make my purchase possible. Everyone is very professional and welcoming. Bill Hier is super nice and was flexible with my trade and I feel like I got a great deal when I drove off the lot. My first Harley but my family back to my great grandfather have been Harley Riders. I knew it was the right Harley for me when I saw it and the bike fits me very well. After the test drive I was sold. I'm glad I can carry on the Harley family tradition. My 3 kids love the new bike and I gave them a ride around the yard like I did when I was a kid and I could tell it was an experience they would never forget. Bill sold my dad a Harley last week and I asked for his help when I started looking for a bike because he helped my dad on his trade. My dad and I both got $100 referrals because I told him I went and got my old bike inspected there they had a lot of nice bikes with reasonable prices worth checking out. When dad came home with his new Harley telling me he got a great deal on his trade I thought it wouldn't hurt to see what they could offer me which ended up being a lot more than I thought because of Bill's help. He made it very affordable as I was trying to get the most I could for bike I used to own. It was a relaxing experience and now after about a month of me and dad trying to convince each other to trade our bikes in we did. Dad bought a red Fatbob and I bought a black pearl Fatboy and they are two really sharp looking Harleys. Thanks to everyone at Riding High and I'll be back.
