Myself and a lot of people I know have had a bad taste out in their mouths by the RideNow Chandler store but this location and these guys are the POLAR OPPOSITE of that store. Went in, was greeted by Jace, he introduced himself and let us know to ask if we had any questions and then left us to browse, EXACTLY what we prefer. Answered all my questions and offered to take our golf cart as trade which is unheard of. We left and came back same day with our golf cart, they asked me what bottom dollar I was looking for out of the cart to which I gave them what I thought was an unrealistic number and they dug in and got to work. They haggled and battled with local golf cart dealers for 3 hours and managed to get me EXACTLY the unrealistic number I was asking. After that (they stayed after close time for us) we signed, they gave us good terms, great explanations for what they did and did not offer and then away we went in our new to us RZR. Good guys, give em a shot. Also, their warranty and service plans are top notch offerings considering how much SXS labor rates are these days. I’d buy anything from these guys again.
