Update... it's been 600 miles now and I took my bike in for the first service. I originally had an appointment on a Saturday. They open at 9 on Saturday but due to weather I postponed until the next Friday. So I arrived at 9. But on weekdays they open at 10. My mistake...but Brock in service came out early and got my bike checked in and queued up ready to go so it was ready as soon as the techs got started. I saw on the service receipt that he also noted that I was waiting so the tech would know. In the end the wait was reasonable and they did a good job. Shout out to Brock for going above and beyond for a customer. Thanks very much! Just purchased a 2025 Suzuki Gsx 8r and the whole experience was good. I researched a couple of bikes I was interested in before I went but I liked the one they had so that's what I bought. I was not expecting to make the purchase today so I had my car and wasn't prepared to drive it home. Enrique Gregory was my salesman, and he helped me get some gear, and in the end delivered my new bike to the house. Also was available for questions and guidance. I had to replace the chain on my 2020 Suzuki Vstrom 650 . I contacted RideNow service and Nathan was my Service Advisor. They got the chain ordered and installed VERY Quickly. Nathan was very polite and professional. He also gave me some great tips on chain maintenance. I have used RideNow before, and will use and recommend them again.

I'll make this short. The purchasing experience, from my initial Internet contact to riding away from RideNow Powersports Georgetown on my new Suzuki GSX-1000GT was nothing short of awesome!
