I cannot begin to explain how great our experience was here. To begin we bought one wheeler and we’re so happy with it 2 days later we came back to get another. We had a group of great experienced people who had answers to every question we had. They worked very hard to get us to a place that was good for us. Chelsie was fantastic and her vibe is just out of this world. We love her to pieces. Johnny, Dylan, James, Parker and Collin were the best also. They were all so patient with my questions and my children. I cannot recommend them enough. Customer service is what sells me and their customer service is beyond impressive. We’re excited to enjoy our two BRAND NEW 2024 570 premium Polaris 4 wheeler. Thank you all for helping us take our next big steps into adulthood. Y’all are truly a big family in there and it shows. I stopped in 2 Fridays ago to look at a Yamaha Tenere 700. I do HVAC part time since I retired, so I just looked like some Joe. After chatting with the salesman about the bike a little ( less than 5 minutes total) and what I'm looking for I was led to his desk. I assured him I was looking, and was going to shop around. I needed no financing. No trades either. I was very clear on all these points I never was shown any of the features of the bike, such as navigation, connectivity, and if there are subscriptions to features on the bike that I would have to pay for. Nothing like that. I told him I like the blue and not the gray. That's about all we talked about on that bike. I had lots of questions, but was lead to his desk within 5 minutes of arriving to the storefront. After he got my information at his desk, he came back with a price. There was a $1000 rebate, which he have me, but the shipping on the Yamaha site said $600 but they were charging over twice that for the shipping, hundreds in doc fees, and a great deal of money for dealer prep. All this without showing me any features on the bike. I left and was probably very abrupt, but I felt like my time was wasted. There were no concessions but for me to fire back a price what I'm willing to pay. I don't do business that way. Maybe most people don't have the money in their pocket to buy a bike, but I did. Even brought my van in case they would make a great deal. They did not. But the price was basically retail price less the factory rebate, twice the price for shipping that was stated on the Yamaha website, over a thousand for dealer prep if I remember correctly and 700 plus for doc fees. What are they? Like $700 plus? For preparing documents for the state like a plate and collecting tax? And I still didn't know any more about the features on the bike than what I read in the website. Crazy huh? Not to show off the bike? I don't understand......maybe they needed to just make a sale. I've been buying bikes almost every year since the 70's. Lived most of my life in PA. Never did I pay these high types of fees in PA. Unfortunately for them, I will not be going back.
A very chill vibe. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgable, and friendly as my agent James had multiple customers show up at once. Even though the process might take some time all things are worth the time and effort. Plus the store was cold considering it’s an off road shop-in mid summer in the south. I must say as we packed up our goodies. I had the new buyer excitement as we strapped the 2 450 Polaris AWD 4 wheeler onto the trailer. We happened to see the best part of their day… riding the outdoor models back into storage for the weekend. Let’s just say …. #familyfunnightrocked!
Carlos is a great salesperson. Very attentive and responsive. Went above and beyond! Redline is awesome - I have bought from the Myrtle Beach location in 2024. Unfortunately we weren't able to make a deal because the driving distance from Charlotte to Sumpter didn't justify the money I would have saved if I had bought from them. I really appreciate Carlos's professionalism and understanding. He didn't make this process uncomfortable or weird. Wish I was closer we would have made a deal. Redline has a far better selection. I have been coming here for 2yrs and only one person was willing to help and that was for the first 3 months of coming here. My last visits they have been unprofessional calling me untrustworthy, stupid and scum. Even the financial department was very unprofessional. I really want to give 0 starts. Everyone what should I do? Should I sue them or what?
