Very easy to deal with and very willing to help. Dakota was very helpful with all the questions I had. Took alot of time to help me in every way being in person, email, and over the phone. I bought a takeuchi skid steer and love it so far.

Purchased a Zero Turn Trailer package. It was around closing time and in a hurry to get to the house. On the way home I noticed the trailer pulled funny. After getting home I did a very detailed inspection. We found multiple issues, railing off center, axles out of alignment, dents and other bad things. I took the Caliper 16’ utility back to Ramey. I was basically told I took delivery and it was my problem. I except that I was in a hurry to get out of the dealership, my bad. What I don’t like is The general take away that we don’t stand behind what we sell. It’s sad because we had planned on buying a tractor and a Honda pilot from that dealership. I have owned bought and sold a lot of equipment over the last 40 years And I have to say I was extremely disappointed in this dealership. I trusted them and lesson learned. They have lost my business and I’m sure many more because of this way of doing business.

I purchased a Mahindra tractor from Ramey Motors in 2022. Had immediate problems upon delivery. I called the salesman and his immediate response was that is a service dept issue. An immediate “hands off” by the sales dept - no concern about a sale to a customer a few days before. Found a sensor not hooked up. Later, found lug nuts not tightened. Therefore, no quality control. Plant and/or dealer not doing QC. I stopped by this dealer 4 months ago for hydraulic fluid - waited 10+ minutes for assistance- man was on phone obviously talking to a friend as I was looking at his face - finally left as no one acknowledged me. Bought my oil online. Three weeks ago, I had a leaking fuel tank. In disassembly, found tank strap not tightened (QC) which in turn most likely placed excess stress on a bolt insert (for protection plate) in the tank causing a small crack. I also found two service ports leaking slightly - not tightened. More QC With tank in hand, I spoke to a man behind the counter at service center. I explained the tank situation and asked if there is any history with this leak. He walked to the back and said “nope, no issues with fuel tanks”. I asked “so no one is interested in discussing my problem , looking at my photos during disassembly or the tank?” Blank stare I left furious - no one cares about customer. So, I wrote the GM. Three weeks have passed and no response. Explains it all - dealership does not care about customer after the sale and they have poor quality control.

I bought a used tractor from there this past weekend ,and John Strickland , the salesman was very nice to deal with , I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about the staff and no one being in the front to help you but I didn’t experience that. Someone asked when I walked in how could they help and I asked for John, they politely showed me his office .
