Upgraded both mowers this week for my business at precision and man they were awesome for both experiences. I appreciate you guys from the bottom of my heart for helping me with these deals and supporting Veterans. I love my bad boy mowers
If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought in two bikes and it was an awful experience from start to finish. One of them took nearly three months to get back, and when I finally did, both bikes broke down the very first time we used them. These issues were never present before bringing them here. Not only was the repair expensive, but the bikes came back with new problems overheating, smoking, and going into limp mode within minutes of riding. Completely unacceptable. The customer service was just as bad. Every time I called for an update, the staff acted like I was bothering them and gave me little to no information about what was wrong or why it was taking so long. They were under the name Oscar Gomez. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
So, I really do not like to leave negative reviews of local companies, but here it is. I first took my 2010 RZR 4 into this shop on November 17, 2023. They are very nice people there, all appear to be willing and understanding of the issues I was having. Lisa is one of the nicest people I have dealt with, just a great person. However, I got it back, and it was a mess. I drove it for less than 30 minutes and the transmission appeared to fall out of it. It would not go anywhere. Upon handing it back over to this Precision, I was told that the clutch did now need to be replaced, at the cost of an additional $2500. So...I reluctantly told them to do it. That was almost 2 months ago. Granted, there are issues with the post office, I was thinking they found the problem and are going to fix it. They did not. I picked it up today, Feb 7th, and it was a filthy mess. That is okay, I get it. Brought it home and started to clean it up. Here is what I have found, thus far: - It leaks oil badly. - The PVT duct, which is needed to feed air to the engine, is totally missing. - The majority of the body screws were not put back, it started to fall apart as I was driving it. The rear end popped out, after inspecting closer, I saw maybe 1/3 of the screws were put back in. I cannot fix since they have the parts. - The speedometer no longer works. Totally dead now. - The cargo-box supports, the parts that held the back-end up, for weight reasons, were taken out and not put back. I cannot use the rear of it any longer w/o buying new parts to fix what they took out. - The most annoying part, after spending almost $3k with Precision Powersports, is that it still does not shift correctly. It is still broken and does not work after almost 3 months in the shop. I have covered it up for now, parked it out back until I figure out my next move. I simply cannot deal with this type of service any longer. Note that I know what was and wasn't on the unit, how I sent it in, and I would never say negative things that are not true. I am sad about this experience and hope others will be cautious as well. Last thing, kinda funny, but the tenant next to them, where I had quickly parked to load/unload the unit, came out and threated me for parking where I did. She was crazy-rude, but it is...what it is- ---- Previous Review ---- I have been taking my 2010 RZR to this location for 4 years now and never have had a horrible experience. They seem honest and could, in my opinion, take more advantage of their customers during repairs. I was told that I had a clutch issue this time around, but they found that was not the case and fixed it for just under $500. Much cheaper that another new shop on 1774 quoted. This review would be five stars, however, after bringing it home (40 minute drive), I found that it was totally put back together. The screws/bolts that I left them are missing and the bottom was falling out. I was able to scrounge up what was needed around here, but returning it like that doesn't seem the right way to do business. Will I use them in the future? For sure. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an honest assessment of their equipment.
The people there were super nice and patient and they answered all my questions about the used vehicle I was looking at. Not to mention the prices they had there were ridiculously good compared the market considering how they are these days. Parker and Michael were super friendly about my concerns with every aspect of the vehicle( I’m sorry but I can’t remember your name misses finance lady you were super awesome too!)
When picking up my motorcycle for a brake job I noticed grease and grime all over it. Then I noticed why, there was a dent and scratch on the gas tank. They were trying to cover up what had happened. They did repair the tank but it took over a month, when I finally got the bike home, I noticed some scratches on the side cover. They don't care about the customers motorcycles they just want the money.

Buying a snowmobile from Precision Powersports in Tomball, Texas? Use this checklist to avoid costly surprises.
Inspect the track and slides
Lay the sled on its side and check the track for cracks, missing lugs, or cuts. Pull the track away from the slides and check for wear groove depth — worn slides increase drive noise and reduce efficiency.
Check the hood and tunnel for damage
Cracks in the hood or tunnel can signal a past crash. Look for mismatched or faded plastic, which often means replacement panels were installed after damage.
Inspect the carbides and skis
Carbide runners on the ski underside provide steering. Worn carbides (less than 3/16" remaining) reduce handling on packed snow. Ski replacement is inexpensive, but factor it into your offer.
Check coolant and oil
Pull the coolant reservoir cap and oil tank dipstick. Milky coolant signals water contamination. Low or dirty oil signals deferred maintenance. Ask ${dealerName} for service records.
Ask about storage and season history
A properly stored snowmobile — fuel stabilized, fogged engine, battery maintained — will start and run far better than one that sat neglected. Ask Precision Powersports about the unit's storage and riding history.
Snowmobile financing is seasonal. Knowing the basics helps you get the best deal at Precision Powersports in Tomball, Texas before the riding season starts.
Typical Loan Terms
24 to 60 months is typical for snowmobile loans.
Down Payment
10% to 20% down is standard. Off-season purchases sometimes qualify for promotional rates.
Pro Tip
Get pre-approved by your bank before visiting Precision Powersports — it gives you a rate to compare against dealer financing.
Manufacturer finance programs (Ski-Doo, Polaris, Arctic Cat) often offer zero-interest or low-rate deals in the off-season. Ask Precision Powersports what programs are currently available. Buying in spring or summer often yields better financing deals than buying in fall.
