My son's motorcycle sustained damage requiring a significant amount of work. Allen in parts and Samantha in service were outstanding. They are pros who know how to acquire the parts to an older bike and the expertise to fix it. I was blown away when I saw the end result of their efforts. I highly recommend them.
Took my Heritage for service back a few months ago and service was great. Samantha had the bike in right away, answered all my questions and does an excellent job. Work done on the bike was also great. While shopping for items in the store all of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I will certainly be a returning customer.
Long winded but worth it. I ride with CVMA, we rode up this past Friday for our Region 3 Rally. Bike was working fine when I left, sounded like I had an exhaust leak or was gonna detonate the motor by the time I got to the hotel in coventry. Was told the owner of Precision was a good guy and said the shop could help anyone with some problems. I showed up at 0930 and explained my problem. They were busy already but by 1130, they had found the issues. Somehow I had 1 qt of oil left and a lot of blowback opening the cap. They drained it, filled it, found the air intake was pinched and not breathing. Took it for a ride said it rode well. Pulled the plugs a d scoped the cylinders, showed some wear but nothing major, did a new 3 hole, changed the air and made sure it wasn't pinched, and told me he would ride it back to delaware. Said I might burn a lil more oil but keep an eye on it. She rode stronger then she did up and I made it home in 5.5 hours with no issues. Just wanna say that they didn't have to bump me but they took care of me above and beyond what some.other harley dealerships have and if im ever up that way with issues, im always going to precision. Im old and dumb and can not remember the young ladies name for the life of me but she was super nice after we got past the cj joke haha and Vitor is one hell of a wrench. If everyone was like him or better, we would hardly ever break down. Much love and respect to all of the Precision crew!
Been going to precision since I was a little kid dreaming about getting a Harley when I grew up. I would go there about 30 years ago with my dad, look at bikes etc, bought a wallet there back then I actually still use today. Anyway, went in today to drop a buddy off who was getting his bike serviced and I picked up some primary and trans fluid when I was greeted by who I later found out to be the owner. We started talking, I complimented an old flow bench he had on display and then he gave me a full tour of his machine shop, service area, and lower stock room. Super cool that he took the time to do that. I am a gearhead and always enjoy checking out the heart of a service/performance machine shop. He told me they will work on any year Harley which is cool seeing I’ve heard most dealers won’t touch anything after it’s old enough to rust. Really cool dude. I’ve also dealt with Lincoln and Allen for many years in parts. Always willing to help and have a wealth of knowledge. All around great place and great people.
