I’ve been doing business with Powersports of St Augustine since 2022 when I needed a tire for my Yamaha that my regular bike shop didn’t keep in stock. This kind of ticked me off since I’ve been with that one for a long time and never had that problem before it got bought by a corporation that shall remain nameless. Long story short I’d rather ride 60 miles to the shop that’s locally owned and someone’s word still means something. When my Yamaha was in the shop for a road hazard insurance covered repair, the time to get parts was ridiculous. I had a cross country ride to go on in just a few days. The shop kept me informed every step of the way as to what the hold ups were. It got down to the wire so I needed another bike. I bought a beautiful 2025 maroon 50th anniversary edition gold wing. SWEET, freaking ride.! I put 4700 miles on it before I made the first payment on it. In fact, it had its first oil change before that first payment was made. My wife loved this goal so much, three months later, we bought her one and gold. That’s how much I think of this shop, the employees and the management, I’ve spent almost $70,000 in the store this year. Anyone says anything bad about this place probably isn’t telling you the whole story and chances are their nickname is Karen! 5 stars is not even close to what I would live to give them! This was honestly one of the best experiences my boyfriend and I have ever had at a dealership before, and there have been many! We had a great experience with St. Augustine Powersports. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. Steven was our salesman and from the very beginning of the conversation he asked what we were looking for and don’t hesitate to tell us exactly what we would need even though it was the furthest from what we had thought we wanted, Steven sold us on our buggy in 5 min.. by not only telling us all of the good, but didn’t hesitate or lie to make a sale if we asked a question and it wasn’t the answer we wanted to hear he told us anyways. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. The selection was impressive, and the entire process—from browsing to purchase—was smooth and stress-free. The next day after purchase we brought it back in for some upgrades and Ron and his team ensured that they would have everything we wanted done in one day- Steven stayed in contact with me all day to let me know where they were at in the process and ensuring it would be done today and that’s exactly what they did! Once we arrived to pickup our buggy the mechanic came out and explained every single detail he did to add the snorkel, windshield and winch. To me that says a lot when you can come out and put your name on your work! Speaks volumes again on this dealership and its staff. I highly recommend St. Augustine Powersports to anyone looking for quality vehicles and excellent customer service. Also huge shout out to Ron!! You’re doing amazing keep up the good work- we loved our handmade wooden coasters and t shirts!! We will definitely be recommending them to family and friends as well as any future purchases, they will always have us as customers

DO NOT CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS WITH POWER SPORTS OF ST AUGUSTINE FLORIDA ( A 2025 KLR TODAY IS 6,895 ) Now they claim that they sold me an extended warranty that I never ask for, a gab insurance that I never ask for and a whole other things that no one mention to me. I remember that heavy set white male that own the place or runs it being very fast about things. The bike went from 6,000 to 11,000 almost the full price a second bike all because of an extended guarantee and gab insurance. Insane. This motorcycle dealership is out of this world. Imagine a 6,000 dollar bike all year around go from 6 to 12,000 in a blink of an eye… Yesterday I discovered for the first time after paying my motorcycle faithful for two long years that my bike still owes 8,400 dollars. Today I call the bank, Synchrony Bank, to investigate why this bike owes so much many when I finance 7,000. According to Synchrony Bank the dealership screwed me over. They made believe that I was financing 7,000 when I’m reality they were hitting with an 11,000 financing of a. Ike that out the door is worth 6,890 dollars. There has to be other people out there who had the same experience as I have with Power Sports of St. Augustine Florida. Disgusting people these people at Power Sports St. Augustine. How can they do this, the bike was and still is worth 7,000 thousand dollars brand new. This very dishonest for a vender and a Bank to conduct business with their customers so crooked and evil. To me that’s how much they worth 11,000 thousand dollars. Now Power Sport St. Augustine can come and get the bike because they are not going to get a penny from me ever again….I got the bike in 2023, the bike was a 2022 and they said that they had drop the bike from 7,000 to 6,000 because it was a year old and didn’t sale.

Came in and had narrowed my choices down to a few bikes and Steven Barnes was very helpful. He pointed me in the right direction, went over all the features of the bikes i liked, and we were done and out the door!! Definitely would recommend Steven for any motorcycle needs. Very informative and listened to everything to exceed our expectations.
