Kind guys. Bought 2 ATVs. Helpful and delightful. 4 stars cause I spent all day there and it was a while before paperwork. But same time, such helpful information and working with numbers to make everything affordable. Would buy from them again when a dirt bikes in the future.
Over priced and horrible customer service. Walked around for 20 min wile a guy sat with his feet up and watched me. Was never ask if I needed anything. Parts counter guy was cool . But way over priced on parts. Due to not being helped on sales floor. Bought a new 4x4 quad at your competitor. Guess they needed 10k more than you. Felt like a typical Bubba shop where if they dont know you they dont help you.
Have to say made my experience easy and quick, previously went to D2 Spartanburg got an absolutely terrible experience with nothing but the run arounds Brennan was very straight forward and was there to pick up whenever I called made sure I had the bike I wanted in stock and I was out the door in about 2 hours or so that is also with me browsing around. Sales manager was great and the finance manager Kevin was a good dude too. Definitely recommend them for your business.
Great experience. Eli was very helpful and got straight to the point. I walked in off the street with no appointment and drove off with my bike in less than a hour. Love my new XT250 and I received the tag, title and registration quickly. Would definitely recommend.
**** PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE TAKING ANY VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE **** First, I would give zero stars if it was a choice. Second, my service experience here was very similar to other horrible reviews. My fault for not checking prior to dropping off my motorcycle. Dropped off the motorcycle on a Friday. Was told they would take a look at it the following week. Three weeks later, I called and they hadn’t touched it yet. I asked if they were going to charge me anything to give an estimate on repairs. Service rep says no. The following week I’m told it’s fixed and codes are cleared. I pick up the motorcycle and was charged $223. After trailering it home, I run it for 5 minutes and the engine light comes back on. Then I checked the oil and discovered the previous owner drastically overfilled the oil (motorcycle was recently bought by me). This was not even checked at Greenville PowerSports! After I took the spark plugs and O2 sensors out, I found them all to be fouled up and in need of replacement. This so-called service department charged me $223 to do nothing more than clear the computer codes. That takes 5 minutes at most! Good luck getting through to service by phone. I called multiple times and was on hold for 10 to 15 minutes more than once before hanging up. Finally talked to someone claiming to be a manager and explained what happened. He said he’d follow up and call me back. A week later, still no call-back. After more attempts to talk to service, I finally talk to the service manager. Again explained what happened and asked for a refund. He literally accused me of “trying to get something for nothing.” What? I WAS charged for nothing! He said he’d talk to a manager and call me back. It’s been several weeks and, SURPRISE, no follow-up at all. As a last resort, I disputed the CC charge. Now it’s on me to prove they did NOTHING. Kinda tough to do when I ended up doing their work for them already! I found a local guy with the software to re-clear the fault codes. I’ve ridden about 1,000 miles, and it runs like new! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!

Buying a snowmobile from Powersports of Greenville in GREENVILLE, South Carolina? Use this checklist to avoid costly surprises.
Inspect the track and slides
Lay the sled on its side and check the track for cracks, missing lugs, or cuts. Pull the track away from the slides and check for wear groove depth — worn slides increase drive noise and reduce efficiency.
Check the hood and tunnel for damage
Cracks in the hood or tunnel can signal a past crash. Look for mismatched or faded plastic, which often means replacement panels were installed after damage.
Inspect the carbides and skis
Carbide runners on the ski underside provide steering. Worn carbides (less than 3/16" remaining) reduce handling on packed snow. Ski replacement is inexpensive, but factor it into your offer.
Check coolant and oil
Pull the coolant reservoir cap and oil tank dipstick. Milky coolant signals water contamination. Low or dirty oil signals deferred maintenance. Ask ${dealerName} for service records.
Ask about storage and season history
A properly stored snowmobile — fuel stabilized, fogged engine, battery maintained — will start and run far better than one that sat neglected. Ask Powersports of Greenville about the unit's storage and riding history.
Snowmobile financing is seasonal. Knowing the basics helps you get the best deal at Powersports of Greenville in GREENVILLE, South Carolina before the riding season starts.
Typical Loan Terms
24 to 60 months is typical for snowmobile loans.
Down Payment
10% to 20% down is standard. Off-season purchases sometimes qualify for promotional rates.
Pro Tip
Get pre-approved by your bank before visiting Powersports of Greenville — it gives you a rate to compare against dealer financing.
Manufacturer finance programs (Ski-Doo, Polaris, Arctic Cat) often offer zero-interest or low-rate deals in the off-season. Ask Powersports of Greenville what programs are currently available. Buying in spring or summer often yields better financing deals than buying in fall.
