Jacob and Derek worked together to deliver on a promise without any issues. Jacob even kept communications flowing on his day off to ensure Derek and I had all we need to close the deal. While working with Derek we talked like old friends and in less than 15 minutes, I was gone. As always, I would recommend this shop and I will be back for the next toy in due time.
I’ve been in non stop these last couple of months, just to get a feel for all of the bikes PONY has to offer. Even though, the moment I knew I wanted to ride (2 years ago) I wanted a NINJA. Came across one that I knew I wanted to take home. Luckily, ASH was one of the team members who recognized my partner and I from the last few times we’ve been in. Finally, this past Monday, I put in a request for the bike I wanted. Got called later on Tuesday evening by the Finance department and spoke to Logan - who was so very helpful in making sure I left with the bike and saved me some coins!! If you’re looking for your first bike, just come on down and let these people take care of you!
We had the best sales experience with JJ. He was easy to talk with and willing to go the extra mile to make us happy. We were not exactly sure what we wanted and he was patient and knowledgeable.
I recently drove out to Pony from Pittsburgh to take delivery of a new Z900RS SE and i will say that the whole experience was amazing! From start to finish, Derek and his team exceeded all of my expectations. The INITIAL quote was better than any of the offers I had received elsewhere and so were their response times and communication. The show room was clean and organized, every person in the building was super friendly. Derek was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure I was taken care of. This dealership is gigantic, which can be intimidating but somehow the whole team treats you like youre the only person there. I hope to make the trip again soon!
Been shopping at pony for many many years now. This is the place to go if you need anything as this is the only dealership I will purchase a bike from. From my salesman Jacob to Seth the sales manager and service manager Anthony I’ve never been more pleased to purchase and take home a new bike.
