I have to share my appreciation for the fantastic team at Pompton Sport Center. Every time I visit, they take excellent care of me and my Yamaha R3. Their customer service is truly top-notch, and I always leave with more knowledge about my bike than when I arrived. I want to give a special shoutout to the following individuals who consistently go above and beyond: Michelle (Sales): Michelle provided a wonderful, low-pressure experience and was incredibly helpful throughout the sales process. She is a great person for advice and her knowledge knows no bounds, very down to earth person. Jessica (Service Department): Jessica in the service department is amazing. She is always professional, kind, and ensures I'm kept in the loop regarding my R3's maintenance. She never gets tired of me calling and always goes above to make sure i’m taken care of and treated like family. Pete (Motorcycle Tech): Pete is a brilliant technician. His expertise and willingness and his knowledge ensure that my bike is always in perfect condition. Another person who treats me like iv known him my whole life, very respectable individual who i can sleep easy at night knowing i’m getting the best quality and care when my bike is in his hands. Deffinitely recommend him as one of the best techs out there. It's refreshing to find a dealership where the staff is so knowledgeable and genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend Pompton Sport Center to any rider in the area! You don't get the ring around with getting ripped off or stressed out with anything. This is a family atmosphere and they make that known.

I went to purchase a new Yamaha 450 Kodiak today and the salesperson named Vanessa told me the sales manager and the owner of the dealership were going to be in a meeting so they didn’t have time to meet with me. I was informed that the owner only comes once a week so they couldn’t be interrupted. She said that she could take my phone number and have them call me back at their convenience. I can’t imagine what the after sale experience would be like if this is how they treat presale customers. By the way, Vanessa was rude and very unprofessional. I’ve never been treated so poorly or ever had an experience like this at any kind of dealership. Buyer beware!

I was looking for a specific bike in a specific color. They were the closest I could find with the bike in stock, almost 4 hours away. Michelle Pinto made the transaction effortless. We communicated by text, she emailed me the paperwork, I mailed it back with a check and they delivered the bike to me. Total time from first contact to delivery in VT was a week. I have bought a lot of cars, trucks & motorcycles and this was by far the smoothest transaction I’ve had. Easy 5 stars.

Have come here multiple times through the years to buy motorcycles. Just walked in on a just kicking tires mission. But was treated with great respect and made to feel at ease. And walked out with an amazing deal that afternoon. Staff was great especially Michelle Pinto. Go see her!!!!! Can't say enough how my deal went down so easily.

All I can say is this was the worst experience in service I’ve personally had. Our company owns Kawi Mule 700 & 820’s to get material around our sites and get man power from one building to the next. I dropped off one of our 820’s I bought from them 9 months ago for service they told me they would need the UTV for 4-5 days to make repairs and handle service. At the end of the week, I gave the dealership a call looking for an update to see if I could pick the machine up as it is a crucial part of our business. They then told me they’re a little backed up and it was going to take another couple days. I waited until Wednesday of the following week to reach out again and they told me it would be completed on Friday. Once they missed their second deadline, I was getting frustrated and started calling them every other day took them a total of four weeks to do an oil change, spark plugs, and brakes. We are gearing up to buy two more machines before the end of the year and we will not be buying them for this dealership due to the lack of care & time on the service side of their business.
