I’ll start by saying I would rate 10 starts if possible. We purchased a new machine and well there was a snafu on Polaris’ end. We ended up swapping to a a different machine because of this. I was totally prepared for them to try and fix the other new machine and give me the run around. I’m more than pleased I was absolutely wrong. Brian the Gm reached out personally, and went above and beyond to make sure I was in a machine I was happy with. Well they have earned a customer for life. What could have been a long process of trial and error was fixed by a phone call and the desire for these guys to do what was best for the customer. Top notch team, Pao in sales was great, helpful, not salesy yes that isn’t a word but you get it. I would tell anyone who’s looking for a stand up dealer to talk to these guys and stop looking else where. Thanks again both Brian and Pao for an awesome experience. I appreciate you both.
I bought a new 2025 570 eps Sportsman there in June and first riding it went into limp mode with a check engine light. I took it in, when I went on second trail ride same exact problem again now it sat there for 3 weeks, got it back next ride only around my street less than quarter mile same thing. Now after 3 weeks there AGAIN took it home, next ride at Hatfield and McCoy trails in West Virginia it breaks down 4th time same code on check engine and ruined my trip ,Came back home but took it to Johnny K's Guess what they fixed IT RIGHT NO MORE PROBLEMS. USE JOHNNY K for Great Service that really fixes it.
Purchased a 2026 Polaris Ranger 570 Northstar and couldn’t be happier with it. The staff at Polaris Medina KTM are great. Service and parts took care of us while installing the cab, winch and plow. The pickup and delivery for service was handled by Alex who was friendly and helpful. Manager , Scott Emerson took care of us. I highly recommend this dealership!
Outstanding experience from end to end, went in for my first quad purchase and worked with Jeremy from start to finish. He worked with me from exploring options, bringing my second opinion, and finally to purchase and finance. Even explained the process and helped load the trailer up for the trip back to Wooster. 10/10 will be back for my next ATV/UTV purchase. Updated, came through for a balance bike for the little me. He's happy as a clam so far.
Had a 5 star experience here a few years ago with the sales team, and another 5 star experience with service dept this past week. They were fast, flexible around my schedule, and inexpensive. Will be back for my next purchase or service.

Buying a snowmobile from Polaris Medina in Medina, Ohio? Use this checklist to avoid costly surprises.
Inspect the track and slides
Lay the sled on its side and check the track for cracks, missing lugs, or cuts. Pull the track away from the slides and check for wear groove depth — worn slides increase drive noise and reduce efficiency.
Check the hood and tunnel for damage
Cracks in the hood or tunnel can signal a past crash. Look for mismatched or faded plastic, which often means replacement panels were installed after damage.
Inspect the carbides and skis
Carbide runners on the ski underside provide steering. Worn carbides (less than 3/16" remaining) reduce handling on packed snow. Ski replacement is inexpensive, but factor it into your offer.
Check coolant and oil
Pull the coolant reservoir cap and oil tank dipstick. Milky coolant signals water contamination. Low or dirty oil signals deferred maintenance. Ask ${dealerName} for service records.
Ask about storage and season history
A properly stored snowmobile — fuel stabilized, fogged engine, battery maintained — will start and run far better than one that sat neglected. Ask Polaris Medina about the unit's storage and riding history.
Snowmobile financing is seasonal. Knowing the basics helps you get the best deal at Polaris Medina in Medina, Ohio before the riding season starts.
Typical Loan Terms
24 to 60 months is typical for snowmobile loans.
Down Payment
10% to 20% down is standard. Off-season purchases sometimes qualify for promotional rates.
Pro Tip
Get pre-approved by your bank before visiting Polaris Medina — it gives you a rate to compare against dealer financing.
Manufacturer finance programs (Ski-Doo, Polaris, Arctic Cat) often offer zero-interest or low-rate deals in the off-season. Ask Polaris Medina what programs are currently available. Buying in spring or summer often yields better financing deals than buying in fall.
