Bought my daughter a Yamaha 50cc atv. Travis was extremely helpful and explaining the functionality of the little mini. Also the parts department, educated me on maintenance and service on it.very grateful for these guys, will be back for our next machine as well
I walked through the door and there sat three salesmen at their desks immediately to the left. All of them looking down at cell phones or the computer. Not one of them looked at me. I know this will shock everyone but every single one of them was in their twenties. I walked around the store for 10 to 15 minutes looking at various quads. Nobody even looked at me the entire time. Now for the picture.....I finally walked up to one of the salesman and asked a few questions. When $5,899 is not $5,899. All said and done, the final price is almost $7,000. I asked if I could get a print out of the breakdown of the charges. I was told no, we don't do that until you give us money down. This was for a brand new 2025. They have the same 7-year-old quad (2019) sitting out front with a thousand miles on it for $5,900. I asked what the 7-year-old quad with a thousand miles on it has that is so special to make it the same price as a new one. Well it has power steering he said. Anything else I asked? He says well, it's a special edition so it has a special paint job. I almost cracked up laughing.
If you are wanting to purchase a new atv, utv, motorcycle, etc... please use Platinum. I promise you will not be disappointed. I have purchased almost 6 different vehicles for fun and Platinum was by far the best one to do business with. Travis was awesome to work with on the purchase and the sales and parts team were amazing as well. I may live a couple hours away but I will be a customer for life!!! Thank you for doing it right! First time in there since the expansion of the showroom. Place looks great, more inventory now and more room to shop it. Always impressed by the service and parts department knowledge and willingness to be helpful. They have some great prices on gear too, they clearance a lot of the older stuff for dirt cheap. Sales people are never pushy either. They ask if you need anything in particular then go on their way if you dont. Love that!!!
